1. How do I check the status of my order ?

Please tap on my orders section to check your order status. Or please reach out to the contact number 8807368194.

2. How can I get my order delivered faster ?

Sorry , currently we don’t have any service to expedite the order delivery.In Future,we I’ll try to offer such service.

3. Is there any hidden charges ?

There are Absolutely no any hidden charges.Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Teewalks.U pay only the amount what you see in the order summary.

4. How do I determine the correct size for Me?

While placing your order you will find an image for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may refer the same and find your perfect size.

5. How to place a return request ?

Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 2-3 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days from the date of return request by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we would get in touch with you to confirm your request.

In addition, all returned products must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags will not be accepted.

6.Is there any additional charges for returns ?

Rs 100 reverse shipment fee will be deducted from your refund in case of 1 product.

Rs 50 per product reverse shipment fee will be deducted from your refund in case of more than 1 product.

In case of EXCHANGE : Flat fee of Rs 50 will have to be paid in advance in case of exchange.regardless of the number of items.

7.Do you Wholesale ?

Yes we do.Depends upon the quantity the delivery date may vary from the standard one

8.what should I do,if my payment fails?

In case of failure in payment ,Please retry and keep the following things in mind

Please confirm if the information you have provided is correct i.e Account details,billing address and password( for net banking )and the internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process

If your account has been debited even after a payment failure,it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification,you can email us contact@santhoshcreations.com

9.Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?

Sorry,that is not possible at the moment as the system would have passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product.

That said,We never say never ! you can always cancel the orderbefore it has been packed and can place a new order. Don’t worry,there are no cancellation charges

10.How long the refund procedure takes ?

Once we receive your returned product and it passes the quality check,the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours.the refunded amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
